Colored coating

Thermal insulation system obtained by using, for the baseboard, the RXZ thermal insulating panels in high-density Expanded Sintered Polystyrene, with and a low grade of water absorption, and with thermal conductivity (λD)=0.033 W/mK, size 120 x 60x thickness (cm), self-extinguishing in Euroclass E and certified ETICS. For the walls the system uses the “RXL” thermal insulating panels in Expanded Sintered Polystyrene (EPS DARK) with adiathermic additives, thermal conductivity (λD)=0.030 W/mK, size 120 x 60 x thickness (cm), self-extinguishing in Euroclass E, certified ETICS and with environmental label EPD, or the RXL thermal insulating panels in Expanded Sintered Polystyrene (EPS WHITE) with thermal conductivity (λD)=0.035 W/mK, size 120 x 60 x thickness (cm), self-extinguishing in Euroclass E, certified ETICS and with environmental label EPD, coupled with a three-dimensional net made of ecological plastic material with lateral protrusions to guarantee the correct matching of all the panels and consequently the structural continuity of the three-dimensional net itself. In the three-dimensional net there are some areas suitable for the use of the specific “RXT” screw fastening system (thermal cut), with asymmetrical expansion of the steel plug. In alternative can be used the “RXV” fastening system with zinc-coated screws provided with plastic washer. The RXZ and RXL panels must be then glued to the wall using the low-expansion polyurethane adhesive “RXS”, before mechanically fasten the system with “RXT”. The correct number of fixings must be determined according with the geometric characteristics of the building. The panels must have three horizontal grooves in order to improve the adhesion of the specific “RXM1” plaster, premix based on selected aggregate, specific binders and additives. This must be applied using a plaster machine. To complete the cycle must be then mechanically applied the RXM2 plaster, a dry premix composed by selected aggregate, hydraulic binder, hydrated lime, water-repellent agent, synthetic fibers, perlite, specific additives. The final thickness of the plaster layer (RXM1+RXM2) must be around 25 mm. The effectiveness of the thermal insulation system is guarantee by the correct use of all the components and materials above described, purchased in kit as required by the Safe Insulation System spideREX K8.
